All Sales Are Final

Zuki Pick does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

* No longer wanting or needing the product

* Ordering the wrong item, size, colour, model, or quantity

* Personal preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect

* Finding the product at a different price elsewhere

* Failure to review the product description, dimensions, specifications, compatibility, or other information provided before purchase

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact Zuki Pick within 7 days of delivery.

To review the issue, we may require your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the product, packaging, damage, or defect.

Please keep the product and its original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Once the issue has been verified, Zuki Pick will determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not return or ship any product without prior authorization from Zuki Pick.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Approved Refunds
